We prepare the drawings to municipality standard, submit, handle every correction round, and follow the file until the approval certificate is in your hand. We work with Budhanilkantha, Tarkeshwor and Gokarneshwor municipalities regularly and know what each one's engineers look for.

Why there are no prices on this page
Prices depend on the site and the scope, so we quote after looking at the plot or the drawings, not before. What moves the number:
- How much of the job is ours. Naksa pass alone, design and approval, or the full turnkey job through to interiors.
- Who buys the materials. On a turnkey contract that is us. On labour construction it is you, and our price covers crews and supervision only.
- The building. Residential or commercial, and whether there is a basement.
- How finished you want it. Handed over built, or built and fitted out, and to what standard of finish.
- The site itself. Which is the reason we look first.

- Can I hire you for just one part of the job?
- Yes. Every service on this page can be taken alone or as part of a turnkey package. Naksa pass on its own is the most common single job.
- What is the difference between turnkey and labour construction?
- Turnkey is one contract with one company answerable for design, approval and build. Labour construction splits it: you buy the materials and keep the budget in your hands, we bring the crews and supervise them against your drawings.
- Someone else is building my house. Can you check their work?
- Yes. That is construction supervision: we check the work against the approved drawings, verify the materials and catch problems stage by stage. It matters most to owners who cannot walk the site themselves, including families building from overseas.
- Do you work outside Budhanilkantha, Tarkeshwor and Gokarneshwor?
- Yes, across the Kathmandu valley. Those three municipalities are where our experience is deepest, especially with their approval processes.
- Can you do the interior of a house you did not build?
- Yes. Interior work can follow one of our builds or stand alone in a house someone else built.
- Do you take on small repairs?
- Selectively: extensions, waterproofing, finishing upgrades. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether it is a job for us.
- How do I get a price?
- Send us where the site is, what you want, and any drawings or photos. We look at the site or the drawings first, then quote it straight. We do not quote before looking.
