Trade crews, on our builds or yours.

• Plumbing. Supply, drainage and wet areas, on new builds and in existing houses.
• Electrical. Wiring, distribution and fittings.
• Carpentry. Joinery, doors, windows and fitted furniture.

On a turnkey build these are simply part of the contract. The reason they are also listed separately is that plenty of people need one trade done properly on a house that is already standing.

We take trade work on existing buildings. The crews are the same ones we use on our own sites, working under the same supervision, which is the practical difference between a company and a phone number.

If the job turns out to be bigger than one trade, we will say so rather than doing half of it. Often the honest answer is renovation, not a single trade call-out.
