You buy the materials. We bring the crews.
For owners who want to run their own budget and procurement, but do not want to manage labour.
What each side does
Labour construction splits the job. You keep control of the money and the materials. We supply the organised labour and the supervision that keeps it working to your drawings.
- Yours: materials, procurement, budget, and the decisions about what gets bought.
- Ours: experienced crews, day to day site organisation, and supervision of the work against the drawings.
When this is the right shape
Owners who can buy better than a contractor can. If you have the connections or the time to source materials well, keeping procurement in your hands is real money saved, and you only need the labour side solved.
Owners who want the cost visible. With materials on your own account, you see exactly what the building is costing as it goes up, rather than reading it off someone else's bill.
The trade-off is that the schedule depends on your buying. Crews cannot lay what has not arrived, so the arrangement works best for owners who can keep materials ahead of the work.
Supervision comes with it
Labour-only does not mean unsupervised. The crews work under our supervision, checked against your drawings, which is the difference between hiring a company and hiring individuals off a chowk.
If you would rather have that oversight without our crews, that is construction supervision and we do it on other people's builds too.
